Drew Stafford inks a two-year deal with Jets

Updating a previous item, Drew Stafford has signed a two-year/$8.7 million contract with the Winnipeg Jets.
Stafford had only nine goals and 24 points in 50 games for the Sabres before he was dealt to Winnipeg in the Evander Kane deal. He was a different player with the Jets as he had nine goals and 19 points in only 24 matches. He should be drafted in the late middle rounds in deeper drafts next season. Jun. 30 – 3:27 pm et
