Boston Bruins defenseman Dennis Seidenberg is going to miss remaining of this season, as he was suffering from torn ACL and MCL in his right knee.
32-year-old Dennis Seidenberg will miss entire 2013-14 season, where he needs at least six to eight months time to recover from injured torn ACL and MCL in his right knee. Dennis Seidenberg has sustained injury in the third period in Boston victory over the Ottawa Senators on Friday night at TD Garden.
Seidenberg had remained on the ice after sustained injury, later taken him to locker room, where he did not return back and completed with 18:45 of ice time. Boston Bruins had announced a statement defenseman David Warsofsky and forward Nick Johnson are having most of the chances to come back into line-up from their AHL.
Bruins captain Zdeno Chara had not played on Saturday night’s game, where he is suffering from injury. Seidenberg had signed four-year deal $13 million in the beginning of the season 2013-14 seasons.
