Minnesota Wild winger Zach Parise is going to miss two to three weeks, where he had sustained foot contusion injury the team announced Tuesday.
Zach Parise had leads Minnesota Wild with 22 points with 11 goals and 11 assists, where he had left Monday’s game with a 3-0 loss at St. Louis. Parise has bruised left foot after blocking a shot by the St. Louis Blues’ Alexander Steen in the first period. Parise has made his way from out of the team, where he had played three shifts in the second period before leaving the team. He had left out of the team with a obvious limp after the game.
Minnesota Wild Coach Mike Yeo insists that it’s unfortunate to miss Zach Parise, where he is considered as one of the best players in the team. He added he is looking forward to regain full fitness and hopes to come back into team soon as possible. Zach Parise has not missed a game since signing with the team for a $98 million, where he has signed 13-year deal with Minnesota in July 2012.
Parise has made 11 goals and 11 assists in this season in 25 games so far with an averaging 20:19 per night.
