Predator’s player Stalberg will miss 3-4 weeks

Viktor Stalberg is one of the professional Swedish ice hockey winger of the National Hockey League, he is currently representing for the Nashville Predators. He was drafted in the 6th round by the Toronto Maple Leafs in 2006, 161st overall. He was selected to represent Sweden for IIHF World Championship in 2012.

In the first period of Nashville’s game Viktor Stalberg had been injured while playing the game against the Tampa Bay Lightning. He would be missing the game for about four weeks due to sprained AC joint in his right shoulder.

In the last season Viktor Stalberg represented the Chicago Blackhawks and helped in winning the Stanley Cup. He has signed a four years contract with the Predators, which is worth of about $12 million contract.

Stalberg tied for fifth in goals for Chicago despite being 20th in average ice time. In 2012 he had recorded his first career hat trick against the Columbus Blue Jackets.
